Editing blog

Today, hopefully, is the last day of editing for me. I went to Monzur's residence to continue working on the project with him. Because it was filmed on a different device, the first thing I did when I arrived was to download all the clips to my computer. The downloading process was quick, but locating the proper video took a little longer because there were so many different shots to look at. I erased the other clips after finding the proper ones and started the first section of the opening scene. I inserted the remaining clips and placed them in the correct order after opening the first portion. After placing the clips in the proper order, Monzur and I had to double-check that they were all turned down.

the sound effects for the clips that need them the reason for this is that my group and I shot outside, and the wind made it sound terrible. Monzur determined that we needed to select a new soundtrack for our opening scene because he disliked the one, we had before. Monzur and I concluded that we should both look for a soundtrack for the opening segment. Monzur discovered a soundtrack that he and I both believed went nicely with our genre after some exploring. All we had to do now was check to see if it was royalty free. After some research, we discovered that it was, in fact, royalty free, which made it the ideal soundtrack for our film. After a while, we settled on MAJKL studio as our film's producer. We started filling in the credits one by one after figuring out the studio when we came into another issue. We had already resolved to choose a new movie title because we disliked the previous one, but we had yet to come up with one. That's when I came up with the name Nightmare, which Monzur liked, so we decided to keep it once we finished the editing and added the final titles. We looked over it after we finished the editing and felt it looked amazing, so I packed up and returned home because the editing was finally finished.
