What we did blog

 This blog I will be talking about what we filmed. Well we Film some exquisite media. We took a couple of takes outside and god some different angles. Some of the Angie a that we got were over the shoulder, Dutch, and more. We got shots form the track we had a couple fails. We just really wanted Pedro to get the right posing. We made Pedro our track star that was using his Apple Watch to track his heart rate. We also showed the music that he was playing with his Apple Watch. Then we took a couple of takes of him running at a pretty high speed. We made him run around a good amount it get his heart rate up. Then we made him take a shot of him finishing his “race”. Then after we were done with that that we walked back to the classroom. Then I/Alejandro came with damaine and Pedro and we started  to film a sepárate scene. Now in this scene I am the star which is were I act stressed taking a test actually made myself stressed so that the watch could tell me to take a breath. I take a breath and then start to relax . Then I get my test back and start to cheer. Which I really enjoyed getting myself in a acting mode because I really like acting. Which honestly something I really enjoy about Aice Media

 Props

Being that our commercial is an Apple Watch commercial, our main prop will be the Apple Watch. However we will also have different color Apple Watch bands as well as props aswell

Costumes

We have came up with these costumes to flow with the message we are trying to portray of the apple watch within that scene. Therefore, two of us will be exempliying the athletics perks of the Apple Watch, by wearing athletic clothing, to show the health and workout benefits of the watch. Another scene will include one of us wearing a really nice outfit, which may include, but is not limited to a nice shirt, jeans and some nice shows. This will help show the customization part of the watch and how stylist it can be and easy access it can. Basically proving the theory "a phone on your wrist". 

Schedule 

September 23rd: Our group researched the codes and conventions of Apple Watch commercials 

September 24th: Our group started to plan the different props we are going to use, the costumes, our location(s) and we started to develop a back up plan 

September 27th: Our group will create the story board for our project, so that we are prepared to film

September 29th: Our group will gather the necessary props and different items and start recording at our locations we have listed 

October 1st: Our group will film final touches and full edit the commercial 

Location List: 

For this commercial, we would want to do 3 locations.

Our first location would have to be the track, to solely display the health and athletic benefits of the Apple Watch. That is one of the main features, and one of the top reasons people get apple watches according to diligent research that's been done. 

For our second location it will be done at the pathway, on our way to building 17 with the lush green bushes, for some nice shots of the Apple Watch and to really get in depth of it.

For our last location it will be at either the media center stairs or in the outside lunch area. We would use this area to display the handiness of it and how you can really style the Apple Watch and make it yours. Here we will also show how you can do free hand texting and calling from your watch

Back Up Plan 

If the weather does not permit then our track location will get changed to the walk way but building 21, which under cover. also, the pathway by building 17 location will get changed to the tunnel area by building 9. 

Research blog

 My partner and I are doing are going an Apple Watch commercial. From the commercials we've seen, they are very technological and sophisticated, however they provide important information on their product in a very fun and interesting way. 

1. They include the product in different colors and different people portraying the use of the product 

2. They are in a lot of different locations, which assists in the information they are trying to provide 

3. Some are also very technologically advanced, where they are strictly focused on the watch itself without any progressive acts of people to bring in the whole commercial 

4. All of their fits usually fit the theme in which the commercial is going into, everything matches the scenes 

5. Some angles used in the videos were low angles and dutch angles. These add a lot to the commericial that gives a more in depth and personal connection and also achieve a better understanding with he commercial 

6. Theres a lot of panning movement involved, which shoes more of the background where the videos are being shot and the actual item being casted. There is a lot of zoom as-well

7. For their shots there a lot of medium close up shots. From all the commercial I watched for apple watches, this is what they mainly consisted of.

8. The sound used was a lot of digestic sound, with any location the commercial is shot in 

Group blog

     Me and my partner Names names are both Alejandro Ochoa and  Pedro Ribeiro. We both also  take school very seriously we both  have a high GPA's. We work very hard at school so we can maintain this. We are presently working very hard to achieve this goal of getting the aice diploma. He has a job and works a lot and still balances it out. He has had his job for about a year and a half and is now a manager. He has a passion for his job but has a even bigger passion for Wanting to be in real estate.

    He has told me that is his dream to come a millionaire by the age of 21 by real estate and investing. He also has a big passion for must and is in band. he has to balance school, practice, Hw, and Band. Which is a lot for anyone to handle even for people that are full grown adults don't have that much on there hands. Just like me I have a job also that I just started which I will eventually plan to rise up

the ranks also. 

    He has been apart of band for a couple of years three to be exact. Playing video games is something that me and him have in common and something that we both enjoy very much. We both play fortnite and 2k on Xbox which we find very fun. Me and him have actually played together we have played those two together. Since we are both good friends and have been since freshman year of high school.I also pay basketball too and workout so that clumps up my schedule also. 

     He also wants to get into politics once he gets older also.He sayd he has always had a grand passion for politics. He says he wants to make a big difference in America  He feels like he can make impact on the entire world as a politician. he wants to to do everything that he can for his black brothers and sisters. Which is one of the most important things to him out of anything especially as a politician. 

Intro blog

    My name is Alejandro Ochoa I attend Fort Lauderdale high school and I am currently a Junior.Some things about me are that school is very important to me and is the number one thing always.I am always going to make an effort of graduating with high Gpa. I would like to pursue a career in entrepreneurship and get my idea projected in the real world . I would like to be the first Trillionaire ever feel like with hard work and perseverance anything can be possible. I really feel like I can come up with an idea to change the world. But first I need to be successful in school achieve this goal. I also recently got ajob which is going to be very hard to balance with school, But I do wnat to have some of my own independece t least 

     I came into this class because I love movies. I love tech and I knwo that cameras are involved so that was part of the interest. Another thing that interested me was the fact that my friends told me that I was going to be able to edit whichI like editing, I really like the slow motion effects the fading in and out etc. I also need to complete my aice diploma and I felt like this class would help me get there. Another thong about this class is that people told me the teachers where great and help you get a passing grade. Another thing that intrigued me is that I have to act and I really like to act. My friends also let me know that there is ton's of videos that we watch also which is another thing that interested me. 

    I also love playing video games It has been a hobby of mine sense I was a little kid. I play games like 2k, Call of Duty, Apex, and fortnite. I also play Fifa from time to time but I would like to say that is not my favorite out of all games. I feel that it really is not the best game that I play bit it is still very fun. One thing that I feel as lot's of adults do ministered about games is that it is bad for you in my pinpoint helps with my mental health and helps get rid of anxiety and stress. So that is a big reason that is one of my hobby's 

     My next hobby is to play basketball it is a really big thing to me it is very fun. It is my second hobby  I play it everyday the  only real exception was when I recently broke my finger. Which also hindered me in not bring able to go to the gym and workout  and so I got in not horrible shape. But not over average shape I worked really hard to get where I was not only in basketball but also in the gym. But now that my finger is a hundred percnet and got cleared two days ago I am going to put my full effort into it. I will get back in the shape and then go back to giving my full effort. This should take about to weeks time not to get in the same shape but to get into really good shape nevertheless.
