My product engages my audience by it being extremely relatable to many people no matter the race, color, ethnicity or gender everybody has been in a relationship before. So, I feel as if this engages everyone no matter how they look or who they are.Up and downs in life and in this product reflects that with a big one that can affect somebody all the way into depression. Breakup is not a good feeling but sometimes watching a film like ours could help you get through a breakup and that feeling, that can almost destroy you mentally. This can also engage some of the audience into a sense of validation that they can get to a better mental space eventually. Sometimes during breakup things tend to end up feeling like life won’t get better and this something that If someone Is currently going through a breakup would engage them. My product also engages with the audience by simply also showing that breakups can get really ugly, and one person can sow much more interest than the other. It shows that if the audience is in that situation the best thing, they Should do is leave it although it may hurt to do this very much. The Audience also gets engaged with the entertainment that comes from arguements or fights. The sense of anger and anderline entertains a lot of people so taht su something’s taht did engage the audience ima big way.
The elements of my production create a sense of branding because we did a lot of things that are notorios for brands to do for their movies like having thinsg ti promote out movie. We also have a title for our movie which I feel like is one of if not the most important thing to branding a title can make or break a movie. There have been many instances where a title attracted me,to watch a movie like hush. It gave this eerie feeling to the titie . We took our title very seriously for this reason we wanted the audience to wnat to engage into watching our movie because of it. So, this is something that definitely created a sense of branding. Another thing that created a sense of branding was prey promoting that we did. When we website that was probably number one thing that created a sense of branding and what came out of the website was incredible. It created a sense of this movie is now real and going to be watched by millions and that sense to me was branding. Something else that creates a sense of branding was the post card it has our title on it it had a bar code for you to be able to go directly to our incredible website. Not only did we have the barcode which was fully functional, but we also had showtimes which made it feel like super official branding.
Well, these impacts and a social group and many issues in it. This social group is relationships something that all human beings are relationships with a partner. No matter if Hispanic,Middle.eastern, black, white,gay, striaifgt, lesbian whatever it may be someone gets finds somebody taht is “different”. That is of course until things go bad. Then they are different but not in the good manor that I just mentioned it beofore. This also shows a very big issue in relationships that issue is very clear here toxicity and how a relationship can turn ugly once things come to separation or getting close to it. Some relationships just get ugly with the threat of something going to happen. That is a absolutely grand issue that relationships contain. We don’t represent at its highest form which in my opinion woudl be physical abuse. But it does appear in mental abuse which happens in relationships every single day and a lot of people can relate too. It is something that hurts to say but is definitely true. I have been a part of it and so have many others.Another issue that is brought up in this product is the arguments taht are in a relationship and how this can really affects someone’s mental health How “stages” in a relationship are sometimes almost unavoidable but really in some cases are. This Prouct does not chanllenge convention that much. We of course started with and establishing showing where this film was going to first take place. We then after that used natural lighting and then we used a handheld generic camera to do our filming. Our film represents the social group of relationships with a partner The locations and mis-en-scene do a good Job to present what a typical relationship would be and do if they were in these sopecific situations. One thing that went out of the typical conventions is that we added an effect to teh film with editing which in turn is not typical but the film came out as a better capture overall, so we made this decision. But we have shown our character in all type of clothes like if they were going somewhere that was nicer, we dressed them accordingly enough. Then driveway scene they were dressed in long sleeves and sweats typical for comfort and arguments in a car. In our film we have some background music that is kid of said to match the mood of the film. Since this film is after all about heart break sad/eerie music fits it amazingly. So, we felt taht it needed to be included for when our main character was sad.By implementing these conventions I feel liek we made the product fall into typical stereotypes We used louder dialogues and some more heavy dialogues to represent these conventions.
